Additional Exhibitor Pass | $500

Additional exhibitor pass includes meals, daytime valet parking, and access to the hotel group rate. Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased any time before October 20, 2023. The number of additional passes you can purchase depends on your sponsorship level.
*Exhibitor passes will not be sold at the door and cannot be purchased without an Exhibitor Package.

Exhibits are located outdoors on the Ocean Lawn & Terrace. In the unlikely case of inclement weather, exhibits will be moved indoors. Registered representatives will be notified of any changes.

Exhibitor Storage Room
Sapphire Ballroom 1 will be designated as the exhibitor storage room. You will have access to the storage room from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday and from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday. The doors will otherwise be locked.

Traffic Flow
The layout is designed to direct traffic flow toward the exhibits:​

Attendees will be asked to vacate the lecture hall during breakfast, lunch, and breaks.

Attendees will grab food from the buffet area and head to cocktail tables scattered around the exhibit area.
​
Booth Specifications​

Premium booths are ideally located; measure 10ft x 20 ft;​ and include two (2) 6ft tables with replaceable white linen and four (4) chairs, and have access to an electrical outlet.​

Regular booths measure 10ft x 10ft; include a 6ft table with replaceable white linen and two (2) chairs; and have access to an electrical outlet​.
Shipping Instructions
How to Ship to Hotel

Paséa Hotel & Spa will start accepting packages on Wednesday, November 1.

All packages must be marked with the following:

Handling and storage fees for up to three (3) business days are covered by OC Shoulder.
Setup / Teardown Instructions
When & Where to Collect Shipped Packages
Hotel staff will bring all shipped packages to Sapphire Ballroom 1 at 6:00 PM on Friday. You may check on and/or unpack your shipped packages from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday or during booth setup from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM on Saturday.

Optional Equipment Drop-Off (Friday evening)
You can drop off your equipment in Sapphire Ballroom 1 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Friday for overnight storage and easier access during booth setup the following morning.
Booth Setup

Booth setup will occur from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM on Saturday, November 4.
-
We recommend avoiding the use of displays that won't accommodate light winds.
-
We recommend not depending on the use of monitors as they may not be clearly visible in the sunlight throughout the day.

Booth Teardown

Booth teardown will occur from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM on Saturday, November 4.
-
All materials must be cleared off the Ocean Lawn & Terrace by 4:15 PM to allow staff to flip for the Golden Hour Reception.

All materials must be cleared out of Sapphire Ballroom 1 by 7:00 PM. The only remaining items should be destined for shipping. Exhibitors must prepare and package their own items with a shipping label.

Outbound Shipping
Exhibitors must prepare, package, and affix their own return shipping labels. Labeled packages destined for shipping should be placed in Sapphire Ballroom 1. Hotel staff will take care of getting the packages shipped with the appropriate couriers.
