Complete the online form here and receive an invoice by email within 2-3 business days. Follow the instructions therein.

Upgrade your sponsorship or purchase add-ons here anytime before October 20, 2023.

Receive an email prompting you to register your company's representatives and select your booth. Booth selection depends on your chosen sponsorship package.

Receive email updates leading up to the event, as well as pre-event and post-event attendee lists.
Payment Methods
Invoices can be paid online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfers, or by check. Checks must be payable to Orthopedic Shoulder and Elbow Foundation and mailed to:
